Photo One shows a band playing live to a small venue

Photo 2 shows an empty Royal Albert Hall in London. This is how venues were left during the Lockdown. Huge empty spaces and seats

Photo 3 shows PJ Molloys, a local venue in my hometown of Dunfermline. Local venues and pubs were greatly affected by the pandemic and many had to adapt and create makeshift beer gardens when pubs reopened only outside.

Photo 4 shows the band my cousin Jack is in, Drip Fed Empire. They are currently on tour and are playing at the festival Dripfest on the 10th of July in Bristol.

Photo 5 shows a recording studio. These are another thing that was shut down during the pandemic. Unless you were extremely fortunate to have a home studio, producers and artists wouldn't be able to properly produce and record music.

Photo 6 illustrates that it isn't just musicians that were impacted. Bar-staff at venues would be effected aswell. When venues were shut down they would have lost their jobs and have no income. With some venues not able to reopen they wouldn't have got their jobs back and been left having to find a new job
